The DaVita Huntington project was a JV with Huntington Hospital. This OSHPD 3 project was a remodeled Post Office without exsisting plans and a Dome Roof. The HVAC system requires HEPA filters was installed on expanded portion of the project to allow for the HVAC system weight. The expanded 2” water line was installed across Fair Oaks Ave - a four lane street in the heart of Pasadena. A successful project provided Dialysis services to the Pasadena area.
