AMAZON DELIVERY STATION: CAMARILLO

The Amazon Camarillo Delivery Station project scope consists of demolition to the existing parking/landscape islands, form and change parking lot layouts, new access/staging driveway connecting the buildings/parking lots, tree diamonds for added parking lot shading, truck court expansion including demo and install of new screen wall, seal coat and new striping layout throughout (upcoming), new site lighting throughout parking lots, fresh TPO re-roof of both buildings including new coping metal and skylights, landscape updated throughout, full site signage and added building mounted signs.
