Amazon Delivery Station: DFA9

The Amazon Dublin Delivery Station project consisted of interior and exterior improvements to an existing concrete tilt-up, one-story commercial building totaling 202,236 sq. ft. On a 13.15-acre site. Exterior site improvements include updated landscaping, revised curbs, parking layout and striping. Existing building shell renovations included the removal of an array of 202,236 sq. ft. Of rooftop solar panels, all new roofing, and a tenant improvement build out for a new (AR) Amazon Robotics Facility.
