Amazon Delivery Station DLX1

The Amazon Santa Fe Springs Delivery Station project is a Tenant Improvement build out of an existing 195,000 sq. ft. tilt-up warehouse building. Scope of work includes infrastructure for the state-of-the-art Amazon robotics material handling system. Building improvements include new office spaces, restrooms, electrical, HVAC systems, and a separate van loading area. Site work includes new bioretention basin, site lighting, landscaping, and signage.
