Amazon Delivery Station: Redlands

The Amazon Redlands Delivery Center is a Renovation and Site Improvement of an existing concrete tilt-up single-story warehouse building on a 31-acre site. Scope consists of the following:

• Demolition of Interior/ Exterior building improvements
• Exterior Grading, Paving, Electrical, Wet Utilities, and Landscaping
• Interior Office Tenant Improvement – MEP’s, Finishes, Openings, Fire Alarm & Suppression
• Warehouse Upgrades, Electrical Distribution, Roll-Up Doors, Structural Steel
• Warehouse Lighting and HVAC
• Warehouse MSDW, Flooring & Paint
• Exterior Painting, Canopies, and Roofing
