Rancho Cordova Logistics Center – Buildings 1 And 2

Rancho Cordova Logistics Center will be located in Rancho Cordova, California, at the intersection of Folsom Blvd and Nimbus Road, and are the first step of the initial stage of development of the Aerojet property. The project will include all necessary infrastructure for the 50 + /- acre parcel and the construction of two concrete tilt-up buildings. Building 1 – 440,000 sq. ft. and Building 2 – 275,000 sq. ft..

Each facility will be built with a shallow foundation system, concrete slab, steel framing, hybrid wood roof deck, load-bearing site-cast concrete wall panels, storefront glass, a mechanically fastened TPO roof system, a full coverage ESFR fire suppression system, and complete mechanical, electrical, fire alarm, and plumbing systems.
