Westech II

This tenant improvement at Westech II was a complete demolition and build-back tenant improvement project for Archer Western of The Walsh Group. The 14,242 square feet of space was redesigned from a warehouse office to an open ceiling concept in the common areas, to allow for natural light to illuminate the space. The new space has high end finishes: ground & polished concrete, linear fixtures, exposed wood trusses, pendant fixtures, artistic wallcovering, floating tectum panels, motorized shades, corkboard wallcovering, glass writeable boards, and white maple cabinetry and doors.
