Uprite Construction, in partnership with Advantech-North America, Herdman Architects, and Zatu, is excited to announce the award of the construction for the Advantech North American Headquarters project in Tustin, California. We are honored to have been selected by Advantech to be their trusted advisor to build this landmark project in the shadow of the last remaining historic blimp hanger at the former Marine Corps Air Station-Tustin. We are quickly wrapping up our preconstruction phase and preparing to commence mobilization in anticipation of breaking ground in early August.
This project consists of a new 110,000 square foot, 6-story headquarters office tower fully built-out with offices, conference rooms, breakrooms, kitchens, a full-size auditorium, and more. There is also an 80,000 square foot, 2-story industrial tilt-up building complete with warehouse & tenant improvements. This is one of the most high-profile construction projects in Orange County in the last 15 years, and we are honored to lead it.
