Scope of work for Phase 2 consisted of demolition of the existing structural steel mezzanine, mezzanine roof and removal of partitions on mezzanine. Included offsite street improvements; installation of new traffic signals, sidewalk approaches, and drive approach. Scope of work for Phase 3 consists of demoing and infilling the existing courtyard, infilling the loading dock area and installing (7) overhead doors with dock pits, demoing ~50 RTUs for installation of a new TPO roof. New men’s & women’s restroom on the west side of the building. Includes site improvements.
