This project consists of 5 new buildings, totaling 131,075 SQ.FT, built on a 5 acre site. Building A is a 2-story, 93,100 SQ.FT., temperature-controlled building while Buildings B-F are single-level, drive-up building totaling 37,975 SQ.FT. The total Unit Mix is 1,027 units.  Construction is scheduled for completion in June of 2025.
