This project entailed the construction of a new 93,900 SQ. FT. industrial building on a 5-acre site. This state-of-the-art facility features a 34’ clear height, 10 dock positions, and a hybrid roof structure with a BUR roof membrane. The construction included an ESFR fire suppression system and a 2000 amp electrical service, all completed within an 11-month timeframe.
