Uprite Construction, in partnership with JustStorage and LH2 Architects, is redeveloping a former Big Box Retail site into a cutting-edge self-storage facility in Indianapolis, Indiana. Phase I transforms a 124,366-square-foot structure into a climate-controlled facility with 1,022 units and offices. Phase II adds a 27,200-square-foot building with 213 drive-up units. Scheduled for Q1 2025 completion, this project repurposes space to meet modern storage needs.
