Rancho Cordova Logistics Center, located at Folsom Blvd and Nimbus Road in Rancho Cordova, CA, marks the first phase of developing the Aerojet property. The project spans 50+ acres, featuring two concrete tilt-up buildings: Building 1 at 440,000 SQ. FT. and Building 2 at 275,000 SQ. FT. Both facilities will have a shallow foundation, concrete slab, steel framing, hybrid wood roof deck, site-cast concrete walls, storefront glass, TPO roof, ESFR fire suppression, and full MEP systems.
