The construction of this 24,843 square-foot, 2-story medical office building featured a full build-out of all tenant spaces, with CHOC’s Pediatric Healthcare occupying the first floor. The project included installing specialized medical equipment, building multiple exam rooms, administrative offices, and consultation areas. The building also includes a central elevator for accessibility between floors. The scope of work encompassed interior finishes, mechanical, electrical, and plumbing systems to support medical operations, ensuring a functional, efficient environment for both pediatric and general medical services.
